Project Apollo Timelines
Patients with complex conditions need tools to capture and communicate the lived experience of their conditions. Project Apollo’s Timeline, is being co-created by patients and clinicians, and will enable users to visualize life/health/symptoms or other critical health data, including data from wearables. Visualizations can be revealing, and empower patients – regardless of their means or condition – to better manage their care. Providers can refer to the Timeline for contextual insights beyond clinical metrics.
