What Will It Be Like?

This group is dedicated to coaching and support. You set a goal for yourself and then report on that goal. The accountability of working together builds community and a strong BrainHQ workout habit.

Each day you practice, post a message to the group. You write about your goals and performance.

For example:

I practice 3 days a week

I try to complete 24 levels a week.

Today I did 6 levels of Rhythm Recall

I am doing my personal trainer with the daily spark.

This month I will focus on Memory
